1. Where do you deliver to?

HKSF welcomes orders from outside Hong Kong and delivers to over 30 countries worldwide.

We use Hong Kong Post as our delivery company.

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes and hotels.

Although we use our best endeavors to ensure a prompt response and timely delivery, unexpected or external factors may impact our process.

Customers should note that those countries which require custom clearance or import inspections will result in a longer delivery time. Customers should also ensure that orders are placed well within time limits for on-time delivery. This is especially relevant for gift purchases during festive seasons.

2. What is your ‘Replace or Exchange’ policy for online purchases?

We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Should you be dissatisfied with the product, we will arrange for an exchange or refund, subject to the conditions set out below.

We would be happy to replace or exchange your purchases (for the same item, and where still available) for products that are:
– damaged at the time of delivery or faulty due to no fault on your part; or
– in-correctly shipped because of an error on our part.

To replace or exchange an item described above, you must email us to no more than 3 days from the date of delivery of the goods to you specifying the reasons for the exchange. Requests for exchange received by us outside this time frame may be accepted at our discretion only.

3. What is your ‘Return and Refund’ policy for online purchases?

If you wish to return items that you have ordered, you may do so provided:
– the goods are received by us within 14 days of delivery of those items to your delivery address; and
– the goods are returned to us in the same condition as they were delivered to you.

All charges associated with the return (packing, shipping etc) are to be borne by you, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side or because the goods are faulty.

If you wish to return the purchased goods as described above, you must first send an email to us at headed “return of goods”. We will provide details of how and to where the goods should be returned. Refunds less any associated shipping charges will be made directly against your credit card within 30 days of receiving any goods returned by you provided that the same condition as they were delivered to you are met.

Please Note: HKSF wristbands and Man & Shark book cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded at any time.

4. Can I cancel an order?

Under normal circumstances we do not allow the cancellation of an order after the order has been submitted. Please contact immediately if there is a specific reason for cancellation.

5. In which currency are HKSF merchandise priced?

Prices are shown on are in Hong Kong dollar (HK$) only. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed in at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in the case of patent error. If you are a customer whose credit card is denominated in any other currency than HK dollar, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

6. Can I resell HKSF merchandise?

All products sold are for the customers’ use and shall not be commercially resold. reserves the right to refuse any purchase order which we suspect is for commercial resale.

7. How can I become a consignee?
